Equipment
Equipment refers to items that can be worn by characters to increase combat stats and capabilities. Equipment comes in various types, quality levels, and tiers, allowing players to customize their builds and optimize for different playstyles.
Overview
Equipment is essential for character progression and combat effectiveness. Each character can equip items in multiple slots, with each piece providing different stat bonuses and effects.
Equipment Categories
Equipment is divided into three main categories based on slot type:
Offensive equipment held in the main hand. Weapons determine your primary attack type and damage output.
- One-Handed Weapons - Sword, Axe, Mace, Dagger, Wand
- Two-Handed Weapons - Great Axe, Spear, Staff, Bow, Crossbow
- Off-Hand Options - Shield (defense), Tome (magic)

Defensive equipment worn on the body and extremities. Armor provides damage reduction and survivability.

Equipment Quality
Equipment comes in different quality tiers that affect rarity and power level:
Normal Equipment
Standard equipment with fixed stats. Most equipment falls into this category.
- Craftable at Smithy
- Consistent stats across all copies
- No random modifiers
- Reliable and predictable
High-Quality Equipment
Equipment with random Affixes that provide bonus stats beyond the base item.
- Can have 1-3 random affixes
- Affixes provide additional stats (e.g., +10 P.Atk, +5 Hit)
- Same base item can have different affixes
- More powerful than normal equipment of the same tier

Legendary Equipment
Unique equipment with special powers and rich lore. Only three legendary items currently exist.
- Korsef's Tooth - Dagger with +100% Bleed/Poison efficiency
- Unbreakable Protector of Saccharine - Shield with damage reflection and disarm immunity
- Mitternacht's Molten Axe - Fire axe with burn immunity and fire damage

Equipment Tiers
Equipment is organized by tier (I through VII), with higher tiers providing better base stats:

| II | 11-20 | Early game |
| III | 21-30 | Mid-early game |
| IV | 31-40 | Mid game |
| V | 41-50 | Mid-late game |
| VI | 51-60 | Late game |
| VII | 61-70 | Endgame |
Higher tier equipment requires higher character levels and provides significantly better stats.
