Events

Darkness Events

Status: Active (Green checkmark indicates enabled)

Every few waves, there's a chance your party will venture into darker territory, applying stacks of the Blindness debuff.

  • Each stack reduces Hit rate by 10%
  • Maximum of 9 stacks can be applied
  • Torches remove 3 stacks per item
  • With 100 waves, expect MANY darkness events - bring maximum torches

Fatigue Events

Status: Active (Green checkmark indicates enabled)

The long 100-wave crawl through the bug nest will exhaust your party, applying stacks of the Fatigue debuff.

  • Each stack decreases effectiveness by 10%
  • Affects: P.Atk, M.Atk, Eva, S.Atk, C.Chance, and Healing
  • Maximum of 7 stacks can be applied
  • Berserker and Warrior classes have reduced chance to receive Fatigue
  • Bedrolls can remove stacks (amount depends on bedroll type)
  • Bring multiple bedrolls for this marathon dungeon

Trap Events

Status: Not Implemented (Red X indicates disabled)

Trap events are currently not active in any dungeon.

Gatherable Materials

Status: Not Available (Red X indicates disabled)

Gathering nodes are not available in the Underground Bugs Nest.

Strategy Tips

  • 100 Waves + Both Events: This is the ultimate endurance test - preparation is everything
  • Bring maximum Torches - you WILL hit max Blindness stacks multiple times
  • Bring multiple Bedrolls - Fatigue will cripple your damage output
  • Consider Berserker or Warrior classes for reduced Fatigue chance
  • S.Def helps against Centipede, Underground Vermin, and Death Crawler
  • Beetle Soldiers tank with Shield Bash - prioritize other targets first
  • Black Ant Assassins use stealth abilities - AoE reveals them
  • Dweller Worms use Ground Totem and Stone Skin - dispel buffs if possible
  • The Devourer has 30,000 HP - pace your MP usage and bring extra potions
  • All boss abilities have no cooldown - expect constant pressure
  • Devour mechanic may remove party members
  • This dungeon requires more consumables than any dungeon before it
