Editing Stats & Attributes

=Attributes=
A character's attributes determine its combat capability. Everyone starts off with the same amount of status points that they can allocate to different stats for varying effects. The number of status points needed to advance each stat will increase as you put more points into it. Base stats are capped at 99.

==Strength==
Strength (STR) improves your P.ATK for melee and ranged attacks. Every 10 points in STR will give a small boost to your P.ATK.

==Agility==
Agility (AGI) improves your character's evasion (EVA) and speed (SPD). 
* Each point in AGI increases your EVA by 1.
* Every 6 points in AGI increases your SPD by 1. Capped at 25 (including equipment bonus).

The chance to evade an attack is calculated by the enemy's hit rate (HIT) subtracted by a character's EVA. For example, if the enemy has 200 HIT and you have 150 EVA, 200 - 150 = 50, therefore the chances of you getting hit is 50%. There is a 5% hard cap on hitting a target, so it is not recommended to have your EVA be more than 95 of your enemy's HIT.

SPD is a versatile stat as it has a wide range of uses. Not only it improves your chances to have better rolls at initiatives to allow you to make your move earlier than your enemy, it also allows you to recover faster when resting in the inn and reduces travel time.

==Dexterity==
Dexterity (DEX) improves a character's Hit Rate (HIT), Status Attack (S.ATK), Physical Attack (P.ATK), and Speed (SPD). 

* Each point in DEX increases HIT by 1.
* Every 5 points in DEX increases P.ATK by 1
* Every 10 points in DEX increases S.ATK by 1.
* Every 10 points in DEX increases SPD by 1. Capped at 25 (including equipment bonus).

'''Note:''' As of patch v0.25.2, spells are reliant on HIT instead of the previous 95% hit rate. However, AOE skills will not be affected.

==Vitality==
Vitality (VIT) improves a character's maximum Hit Point (HP), Physical Defense (P.DEF), Magical Defense (M.DEF), and Status Defense (S.DEF).
* Each point in VIT increases max HP.
* Every 5 points in VIT increases P.DEF by 1. Capped at 90 (including equipment, skills, and consumable bonus).
* Every 10 points in VIT increases M.DEF by 1.
* Every 5 points in VIT increases S.DEF by 1.

==Intelligence==
Intelligence (INT) improves a character's Magical Attack (M.ATK). Every sixth point in INT gives a small boost to M.ATK.

==Wisdom==
Wisdom (WIS) improves a character's maximum MP, healing capabilities, Magical Defense (M.DEF), and Mana Points (MP) regeneration through idling/using normal attack.
* Each point in WIS increases your max MP by approximately 11.
* Each point in WIS increases the amount healed by a healing spell.
* Every 5 points in WIS increases your M.DEF by 1. Capped at 90 (including equipment, skills, and consumable bonus).

=Points=
==Hit Points (HP)==
As a character takes damage, their HP will decrease and when it reaches 0, the character will be knocked out. After a character is KO'ed, they must be resurrected via a Priest's ''Resurrection'' skill or through resting at the Inn. There are plans to introduce consumable item with the same effect, however, it is not been released yet.

The way to increase your max HP is through investment in the VIT stat, passive skills, or equipment that gives HP/VIT.

==Mana Points (MP)==
Mana, or magic points, is needed to cast spells. MP slowly recovers whenever a character uses a normal attack or idles. For additional recovery during battle, there are MP consumables to restore MP. Otherwise, resting at the Inn will also recover the character's MP to full.

The way to increase your max MP is through investment in the WIS stat, passive skills, or equipment that gives MP/WIS.

=Secondary Stats=
Secondary stats are the stats that are determined by your character's attributes along with gears, buffs, passive skills, and/or elixirs.

==Physical Attack==
Physical Attack (P.ATK) is mostly determined by your STR stat. The more STR, the higher your P.ATK is. P.ATK benefits both melee and ranged attacks.
* Every 1 point in STR gives 1 P.ATK. There is a bonus to P.ATK for every 10 points in STR.
* Every 5 points in DEX gives 1 P.ATK.

==Physical Defense==
Physical Defense (P.DEF) is gained through investment in VIT and WIS stats. The more P.DEF a character has, the less physical damage he/she take. This stat is capped at 90.
* Every 5 points in VIT gives 1 P.DEF.
* Every 10 points in WIS gives 1 P.DEF.

==Magical Attack==
Magical Attack (M.ATK) is gained through investment in INT stat. This affects both single target and area of effect (AOE) spells.
* Every 1 point in INT gives 1 M.ATK. There is a bonus to M.ATK for every 6 points in INT.

==Magical Defense==
Magical Defense (M.DEF) is gained through investment in WIS and VIT stat. The more M.DEF a character has, the less magical damage damage he/she take. This stat is capped at 90.
* Every 10 points in VIT increases M.DEF by 1.
* Every 5 points in WIS increases your M.DEF by 1.

==Status Attack==
Status Attack (S.ATK) is gained through investment in the DEX stats. This improves the chances of applying negative status effect on your target(s).
* Every 10 points in DEX increases S.ATK by 1.

==Status Defense==
Status Defense (S.DEF) is gained through investment in the VIT stats. This improves the chances of resisting negative status effect.
* Every 5 points in VIT increases S.DEF by 1.

==Hit Rate==
Hit Rate (HIT) is gained through investment in the DEX stat. You also gain +1 HIT every time you level up your character level, '''not job level'''. The more HIT you have above your target's EVA, the higher chance for you to land a hit. For example, if your HIT is 150 and your target's EVA is 100, 150 - 100 = 50. Therefore you have 50% chance to land your hit.

Evasion (EVA) is gained through investment in the AGI stat. You also gain +1 EVA every time you level up your character level, '''not job level'''. The more EVA you have above your attacker's HIT, the higher chance for you to evade an attack. For example, if your EVA is 150 and your attacker's HIT is 100, 150 - 100 = 50. Therefore you have 50% to evade an attack.

* Improve your chances to roll a higher number at the start of a battle, improving your character's chances to make the first move.
* Improve your recovery speed when resting at the inn.

==Counterattack==
Counterattack (Counter.ATK) is the chance for a character to counterattack their attacker. This stat is independent of your character's attributes and can only be obtained through class skill or equipment bonus. Sword-type items will have an innate Counter.ATK stat.

==Crit Chance==
Crit Chance (C.Chance) is the chance for a character to score a critical hit. This stat is independent of your character's attributes and can only be obtained through character level, class skill, or equipment bonus.
* Each character level increases C.Chance by 0.05.

==Critical Attack==
Critical Attack (C.ATK) increases the damage dealt by your critical attacks. This stat is independent of your character's attributes and can only be obtained through class skill or equipment bonus.
* Each point in C.ATK increases the damage of your critical attack by 1%.

==Critical Defense==
Critical Defense (C.DEF) reduces the damage you take from critical attacks. This stat is independent of your character's attributes and can only be obtained through class skill or equipment bonus.
* Each point in C.DEF reduces the damage from a critical attack by 1%.

==Crit Negate==
Crit Negate (C.Negate) reduces the chances of your character being critically hit. This stat is independent of your character's attributes and can only be obtained through character level, class skill, or equipment bonus.
* Each character level increases C.Negate by 0.05.
